LAVENDER AROMATHERAPY HILLTOP YOGA

CLASS DESCRIPTION

Benefit from the therapeutic fragrance of lavender during our hilltop stretch class surrounded by lavender fields. Take in the beautiful views of the Thomas P. Bentley Nature Preserve while you enjoy a soothing 60 minute session combining a gentle seated warm up, light standing balancing sequences, and extended relaxing meditation. Enjoy a lavender-infused aromatherapy cool down with chilled lavender-infused towels, all with lavender that's been grown, harvested, and artisanally distilled onsite.

PRICE $35 per person (yoga mat rental available for $5)

Hilltop programming runs while the weather permits, pre and post bloom. Here is a view when the lavender is not blooming. Consult the Bloom section above for peak bloom times.

Class will be held here, in the Owls Nest, in the event of rain or other unfavorable weather conditions.

Charlotte uses her twenty years of professional movement experience and unmatched energy as a catalyst for creating positive wellness experiences.
