WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
Learn the historic art of weaving lavender wands to capture the fragrance of lavender for months to come with this decorative craft. You will cut long stem French lavender in the fields, learn how to weave velvet-ribbon wands, and make your own wand overlooking the Thomas P. Bentley preserve, surrounded by the lavender in bloom.

We suggest;
[ ] Outdoor shoes with socks*
[ ] Your preferred method of protection from sun (a hat, sunglasses, parasol, sunscreen) and bugs
*The lavender field is at the top of a hill and requires some walking to access

Unfortunately, weather in our valley is unpredictable. In the case of intermittent or light rain we move into the large barn, but in the case of the threat of more severe weather we will reschedule the workshop. We monitor the weather the day before and reach out to provide any weather-related updates the morning of the event.

As we are limiting the number of guests who may visit the farm on any day, we regret that the reservation fee is non-refundable. Please check the date and time carefully when purchasing. If you must cancel please let us know ASAP and if we find someone to take your reservation, we are happy to offer you a credit to a future event at the farm.

How to Use
The wands are lovely for fresh scented drawers, cabinets & closets and as a moth repellent - they will retain their potency for 2-3 years. Do not get wet or submerge in water.
