PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY

Photography for personal use is permitted and encouraged with a reservation to any of our scheduled events provided it is not disruptive to other guests. For other commercial uses or should you just like the field to yourself for a photoshoot we welcome photographers by scheduled appointment. We appreciate one-week advance of booking the session, and ask that it begin and end within the arranged time.

RESERVATION DESCRIPTION

Nature Photography; This includes views of the landscape, flora, and fauna for professional fine art or hobby photographers.

Posed Portrait Photography; includes engagement, wedding, family, maternity, graduation, prom, senior photos, modeling, portfolio etc. for professional or hobby photographers. Photography students may enquire about a discounted educational rate. Photo parties are limited to 5 persons at a time. Please communicate with us in advance if your photo party is larger. Reservation does not include a photographer.

Duration: 1 hour

PRICE $125 an hour

INCLUDES semi private access to the fields for 1 hour.

Photo groups are limited to 5 persons at a time. Please communicate with us in advance if your photo group is larger.
Warwick Furnace Farm LLC requires all photographers to be insured and proof of insurance is required when scheduling. A photo release and indemnity must be signed and completed prior to the photography session.
Please be respectful of our plants, pets, gardens, and our neighbors. You may not clip (without permission), move or modify our lavender or other flowers. Please do not place equipment (or people) on top of plants.
Subjects (Invitees) should come dressed appropriately and prepared for their photo session. There are no private changing areas for Portrait Photography sessions.
Well behaved animals may be invited onto the property for photography session with advanced permission from the farm, please include the details of this request in your reservation form.
Residential buildings and farm buildings are not permitted to be entered or photographed without consent of farm management.
Please follow designated parking instructions.
Warwick Furnace Farm LLC reserves the right to end any photo session if policies and guidelines are not adhered to and any situation is deemed unsafe for guests, animals, or farm staff.
If your session cannot be completed due to weather conditions we will reschedule your session for another date.
Warwick Furnace Farm LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a photography session and/or change its photo policy without advanced notice. Some areas of the farm may not be available the day of your reservation due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or safety concerns. Please keep in mind this is a working farm and conditions may change rapidly and sometimes without notice. We appreciate your understanding.

We are at the mercy of Mother Nature, as she determines when various cultivars begin to bloom and how long those blooms will last. Our English cultivars are typically the first to start blooming in early June, followed by our French cultivars in late June/early July. The peak bloom is typically the third and fourth weeks of June, lasting into the first two weeks of July, with variations from season to season. Check our Instagram or Facebook for Lavender Field Status updates in season.
Unfortunately, weather in our valley is also unpredictable. In the case of intermittent or light rain that is unfavorable for your shoot we are happy to reschedule your visit.
As we are limiting the number of guests who may visit the farm on any day, we regret that the reservation fee is non-refundable. Please check the date and time carefully when purchasing.
