Corporate Rentals
Inspirational spaces for workshops, retreats, client engagement and staff appreciation
Warwick Furnace Farm offers a distinctive setting for corporate retreats, leadership meetings, team off-sites, client gatherings, workshops, and private company events. Located just one hour from Philadelphia in the scenic French Creek Valley of Chester County, our 63-acre historic lavender farm provides a peaceful escape from the office without requiring extensive travel.
Established in 1737, the farm combines the character of one of Pennsylvania's earliest historic properties with the tranquility of a working agricultural landscape. Guests are welcomed by beautifully preserved stone buildings, historic barns, lavender fields, woodlands, gardens, and open meadows that encourage creativity, reflection, and meaningful conversation.
Unlike a traditional conference venue, Warwick Furnace Farm offers a variety of indoor and outdoor gathering spaces that can accommodate everything from executive strategy sessions and board meetings to team-building events, client appreciation receptions, wellness experiences, and company celebrations. The property's artist studio, gallery, workshops, historic barns, gardens, pergola, and expansive grounds create opportunities for both structured meetings and informal connection.
Organizations can further enrich their visit with optional farm experiences, including lavender harvesting and distillation demonstrations (seasonally), artisan workshops, guided tours of the historic property, and locally inspired refreshments featuring products made on the farm. We also offer an historic one-bedroom renovated log cabin for rent if outside facilitators or other guests require an on-site location to stay during programming.
Fees start at $150/hour to rent a single space, with special rates available for bookings that combine multiple spaces, or that include multiple bookings within the year.
We are not able to provide food and refreshments, but we are able to recommend trusted catering partners for your event.
Due to the historic character and natural landscape of our property, there are typically at least 3 steps and some degree of uneven terrain to access any space on the farm.
